But that is not all, they even have space to organize flamenco evenings, parties etc. Furthermore in this building there are 4 rooms with ensuite-bathrooms and a kitchen to prepare food for the guests with lots of storage spaces. The rooms in this building have central heating and ventilators. - The gypsy style trailer: With its own private garden, this trailer is very unique in his kind and romantic. It consists out of a living & sleeping area with air-conditioning and private bathroom. The views from the garden are stunning. - Glamping: It consists out of three glamping tents, decorated beautifully. They are placed in a beautiful garden with relaxing area and bathroom block. Each tent has a ventilator and its own private bathroom in the bathroom block. The license for the glamping/camping part of the business is granted for up to total of 10 tents/trailers. Currently the owners have used only 4 of those so this can be extended with 6 more tents/trailers. Furthermore, the owners have their own house on the estate with air-conditioning and private garden. With the nice big living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + two storage rooms, it’s ideal to live on the estate but have total independence of the guests. The gardens are beautifully kept and very extend with hundreds of trees of all kinds with pathways going all around the garden. Guests can really find peace here because of the spirit of the place and beautiful spots the owners have created to relax. There are animals: a donkey, 2 sheep, chickens and peacocks that are included in the price. They have a chicken pen and stable for the donkey. There is a big garage, in two parts to the front and two rooms to the back to keep gardening tools, park the car or to convert. Next to the main building there is another big storage area for furniture etc. The pool area is magnificent and the views spectacular. This is no ordinary pool, it’s a very big pool with special tiles and next to it a natural water deposit/pond with fish in it. The guests don’t need to go to their rooms to go to the bathroom because there is a guest toilet located underneath the pool with the technical room for the pool next to it. Apart from the garden, this listing has a giant plot of land, all fenced in. Some of it is already cultivated with olive trees but there is room for many more (about 2.000). This way apart from the holiday complex you could make money with fruit trees/olive trees/vineyard etc. There is a big parking lot for the guests. The owners have kept the complex to one of the highest standards we have ever seen. We have stayed there ourselves and can therefor share our own experience with you. It is ready to move into and you can start your business straight away.
